Read the Sponsorship Guidelines to see if your event can comply with Shepparton Show Me's expectations

If so fill in the Sponsorship Application form

Wait to hear from the Shepparton Show Me committee to see if your application was successful

If successful meet with the Retail Coordinator to go through the Sponsorship Agreement and Shepparton Show Me's expectations

Invoice Shepparton Show Me for 25% of the agreed Sponsorship amount

Submit a monthly report detailing how the lead up to your event is going

Hold your very successful event!

Submit a formal Acquittal Report with 10 high resolution photos

Once we have recieved the final Acquittal Report, invoice Shepparton Show Me for the final 75% of Sponsorship
